i finally found time to test out my new camera! using a DSLR isn’t as daunting as it seems. after reading up a bit, i’ve managed to master the basics of aperture and shutter controls. so i went around the house taking some random shots.

anyways, prelims just started…like yesterday. the papers so far were relatively okay. well, at least they were not as scary as i had anticipated. i hope it’ll stay this way for the rest of the papers (although i’m very skeptical that this would be the case). i’m seriously panicking for chemistry. i hate organic chem so much! there’s so much to memorize…and it’s a well-known fact that i’ve short-term memory. haha. damn.

having said that, all the best to everyone out there! i really CAN’T wait for prelims to be over!

  • shiqah ~actually my dslr isn’t that expensive. the basic kit costs $1399. it’s just that my dad insisted on getting the better lens for a few hundred more dollars. he must have be feeling quite rich at that time. haha. your last sentence reinforced my decision of not bringing it to school. =P
